Abstract

Background. Target process has the key impact on the industry enterprise effectiveness, but doesn’t possess required tools and innovations that allow improving the process quality and efficiency. The purpose of the study is to increase the efficiency of production and sales activities of a manufacturing enterprise based on improving the quality of the process of ensuring the execution of target supply schemes. Materials and methods. The main innovative modeling tools are using the mechanism of mathematical simulation at the planning stage of optimal supply schemes based on the total cost principles; using the IoT 4.0 mechanism at the stage of operative target control to obtain automated data of the current target state and identification of deviations; using blockchain technology to ensure the correctness of historical data and record the fulfillment of planned obligations by the participants in the supply chain within the framework of smart contracts, as well as for the implementation of effective electronic document flow. Results. The organization of effective supply systems for large industrial companies speaks of the need to centralize the supply function within the framework of intercompany logistics operators. Conclusions. The practical implementation of these methods and models for planning and execution of target supply chains at industrial holdings provides for a fundamentally new tool for effective supply chain planning based on multivariate analysis of all stages of the supply chain, followed by operational control of deviations, generation of a modified supply chain, in order to complete the delivery in the required terms with the distribution of financial responsibility for changing the delivery parameters between the participants (supplier, customer, logistics operators).
